VALENTINES DAY SPECIAL.....

Love is something for which everyone is born. Love is in the air. It is free. Love without freedom cannot be true. All the great religions of the world preach Love. A world devoid of love is the essence of Hell. Love makes life beautiful, it makes life worth living and one is certain that there is someone who loves you and you love them in return.

Recently, the world witnessed ‘Valentine’s Day’ on the 14th of February. This does happen every year. So, how many people have you fallen in love with? Hay you forgiven your enemy and made love? This day is not dedicated just for lovers in the literal sense, but a day to express love, who so ever the person is. May be your girl friend, boy friend, parents, siblings and friends too. Let is not mistake the speciality of this beautiful day. It is also strange to me when I see some groups creating a chaos all around the city on that day. It sounds so cheap and narrow to burn posters, buses; rag the couples around and all the other intolerable nonsense. Is it wrong to bin Love? There is a whole notion that V-Day is a total western concept. Is it not good to celebrate Love? I don’t think Love is western. It is ‘Universal.’ I am quite sure, the younger generation agrees with me.

There is no particular time to love. It is something that happens to every one of us. Love is not by choice. It is never conditional and does not demand anything in return. I also had experiences when some people around mistook friendship in the other sense. Can’t a boy and a girl share friendship? Can’t (they) friends share love? Believe me, anybody can be friends and the love between them is unique. It is a real sacred relationship to be respected. Amalgamation of friendship and love is certainly necessary in today’s changing times. Be broad in thinking. Do not feel offended to ell your folks that you have a good friend of the opposite sex. We are so blessed to have parents, friends, siblings to love one and another. I’m so lucky to have parents who understand me, give me freedom and liberty. My father and I mingle with each other as friends. He walks with me with his arm on my shoulder. Here, the relationship is again unique.

A stranger on the road might smile at you. They may be taken away by the way you carry yourself. So don’t hesitate to smile back. It is an act of love. Love need not be only when you know someone. Do we ever think of love, God has for us? It is Everlasting. Imagine a world full of hate, where no love prevails and imagine a family where no understanding exists… We all would perish. Lets be child – like who knows nothing about the misconception of the beautiful word ‘Love’. We can build a world filled with love by sharing and understanding each other. So, love everybody. Go and confess to the person you think is your enemy and make friends. You will enjoy it.

Think big! Think fast! Think ahead!
Above all think broad and positive.
Everything will be fine with the magic of love.
Go and make love! Love you all always.
