On 31st August (Saturday) All the DEXCO members were asked to meet at St. Francis Girls High School at 1:30 pm. The meeting was with a small prayer. Then the previous report was read out which was the report of the live in program. After the reading of the report, we discussed the protocol and role of YCS/YSM in each of the schools. We then announced a common program which will be held in all the schools on the same day. Then the DEXCO'S planned the Venue and the next meeting date was announced. All the DEXCO'S came to know those schools who joined  YCS/YSM and the schools which quit YCS/YSM. All the DEXCO’S planned to visit all the schools in the diocese and spread the movement forward in the diocesan level. The meeting then ended with a short prayer and with the YCS/YSM anthem and clap. Then all the DEXCO’S had some snacks and left the venue of the meeting.
