The YCS/YSM in India Caters to the High School Students. It caters for an all round personality development, leadership training, a greater personality depth and breadth of vision of Christian Life and action. The Methodology and Pedagogy in the movement aims at developing faith consciousness. It is therefore good to become more aware of the whole idea of faith conscious action in the movement which is situated in our Asian Context. The Movement helps the student form a tender age to become conscious of his social surroundings, to eschew the narrow limits of caste and provincialism and to work towards greater understanding and deeper fellowship with others in spirit of Christian love and commitment.
